Riders - After a few calls and the dedication of the American Legion Riders, we have a Mission itinerary. Stage at Gate C ( west side of airport at 1700 hrs - 5 PM ) hook up with Sgt Harvey- sign flag - Sgt Owens flight number is American Airlines Flight 1618, arrival at 1720 hrs. I realize this is on a VERY short notice, however I am going to make the request just the same.  I have a soldier returning from the Balkan’s after a 18 month tour in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  He resides in Salina but will be flying into Wichita Mid Continent Airport later this afternoon/evening.    If there are a few people willing to meet this soldier with me I would be more than honored.   I can be reached at 644-0400 (cell).  
 

The soldier returning is SGT David Owens, he is a Flight Medic assigned to Det 1, 24^th Med Air Ambulance out of Topeka.
